RESTON, VA, November 1, 2013 — The CST Group, one of the Washington D.C. region’s leading locally-owned and managed certified public accounting firms, announced today that five of its partners—Joe Romagnoli (Assurance Services), Kendall Coleman (Corporate Tax), Brian Morrison (Small Business Consulting), Charles Cocke (Individual Tax), and John Persil (Assurance Services)—have been selected as 2013 Virginia Super CPAs by the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and Virginia Business.

For the 13th consecutive year, Virginia Business and the VSCPA have highlighted Virginia’s top CPAs for their important contributions to their respected profession and the prosperity of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Several of the partners at the CST Group are now multiple time winners of the Super CPA recognition. Firm founder Cocke has been named a Super CPA seven times; Romagnoli, three times; and Coleman and Morrison, twice each. This year, 1,182 CPAs were nominated with 341 recognized on the list. The selection process is based solely on peer nomination.
The Virginia Super CPAs listing is published in the November issue of Virginia Business. The publication is read by more than 75,000 throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
