Requirements and Software Knowledge
Ideal candidates should have a MS in Taxation, MPA or BS in Accounting. Must have CPA license or in the process of obtaining and 2-3 years of public accounting experience; excellent client service skills, strong communication skills and leadership ability as well as experience in:
- Business and individual tax preparation, tax planning, and consulting
- Working directly with individual clients, business owners, and non-profit organization leaders
- CCH Engagement and ProSystems Tax software (a plus)
