CST Director, Mohammad Sadeghi elected President of Northern Chapter of VSCPA
Mohammad Sadeghi, Director at CST since December 2023, has recently been elected as the President of the Northern Chapter of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA). With a focus on business and individual taxation as well as tax planning, Mohammad, or Moe, as he’s known, brings valuable expertise to his new role.
The VSCPA, established in 1909, serves as the premier professional association for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) in Virginia, boasting a membership of nearly 13,000 professionals across various sectors including public accounting, private industry, government, and academia. The organization is organized into 10 regional chapters throughout the state.
Entering his fourth year of leadership within the Northern Chapter, Moe has a proven track record of organizing successful chapter events. Now, as President, he aims to further enhance the chapter’s membership base while offering a robust program of continuing professional education (CPE) with over 25 hours of content. Leading a board of 10 members, Moe is committed to fostering engagement with CPAs in Northern Virginia and expanding the chapter’s influence and impact within the community.
