6-Steps to Build a Better Business

Sponsored by ActionCOACHActionCoach Logo

Business owners start businesses for 1 reason … to make more money than they can working for someone else, while doing it their own way, and working on their own schedule. Many get derailed by the number of new skills they need to learn. There is no school that conveniently teaches all the necessary skills and principles.

ActionCOACH believes that a business is a profitable, commercial enterprise that works without the owner. In this seminar, we will discuss a step-by-step process to achieve most business owners’ goals, the key skills that are required to get there, and key strategies that help most businesses accelerate their results. Specifically, we will cover:

  • A formula you can use to drive your profits up by 61%.
  • The 2 things you must improve in your business to increase the number of your customers.
  • The secrets to making marketing into an investment instead of just an expense.
  • How spending time ON your business makes you more money than spending time IN your business.
  • The 4 areas to concentrate on in order to master your business and achieve growth.
