The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act also known as ACA and Obamacare was passed into law on March 10, 2010.  There has been a great deal of confusion since that date.  Some of the regulations have been changed, delayed, and modified.  Many employers are concerned about complying with the law, especially with the individual mandate in effect as of January of this year.  Our objective for this seminar is to assist employers in understanding:

  • Am I a small or large employer under ACA regulations?
  • What am I required to do if my employees go to the Exchanges?
  • What does the new pricing landscape look like for small employers and what are effective cost models for premiums?
