Earlier this year, CST’s leadership team announced a new charitable giving program: Jeans for Charity, a simple way to make casual Fridays a little more meaningful. Each Friday in the month of February, CST employees could wear their favorite pair of jeans and donate $5 (or more) to the Virginia Society of CPAs Educational Foundation, which promotes accounting education and supports future CPAs with scholarships and grants.
Since February’s program was such a success, raising over $800, CST has decided to extend the program into spring by supporting two more local organizations. In March donations will go to the LiftMeUp! Foundation, and in April donations will go to Cornerstones (formerly Reston Interfaith).
