November 21, 2014-RESTON, VA – CST Group was recently named as one of the 2015 Best Places to Work in Virginia by Virginia Business and Best Companies Group.

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. The 2015 Best Places to Work in Virginia list is made up of just 100 companies.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey, which, in addition to a thorough employee engagement survey, evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

“On behalf of all CST Group partners, we are honored to have won this award,” says CST Group Managing Partner, Joseph Romagnoli. “The Virginia Business Magazine award is very special to us, and we will continue to keep CST Group a best place to work.”

Romagnoli credits the firm’s success to its company culture: “Our firm is dedication to helping each of our employees learn and grow. We invest heavily in professional development and on-the-job training. We also encourage our team members to embrace the firm’s commitment to community involvement and participate in a number of volunteering activities throughout the year.”

CST Group has won this award two out of the past three years, and has also been recognized as a “best place to work” by Washington Business Journal in 2006, 2008, 2012, and 2013.
